Pathways Announces 2013-2014 Teachers

Pathways is excited to announce that our teaching staff has been selected for next year. The teaching staff will include: Todd Orth, Patrick O’Connor, Amanda Zimmel and Cindee Habersat. Bios on the staff will be posted in the coming weeks.

Congratulations to these four great educators who are passionate about the success of students and the goal of Pathways.

One parent's reason for enrolling their student at Pathways. "My seventh grader Monty enjoys learning. Like all kids, his mind is busy! His test scores indicate he's learning, but he dislikes going to school. I don't want Monty to slip into the mode of viewing school and work as a chore. I'm enrolling Monty at Pathways because I want to keep him engaged. I'm confident project-based learning that focuses on individual interests while integrating common core standards will keep him engaged and nurture his curiosity. It's an approach that I believe will prepare him wholly for adulthood and his place in the economy. This is such an important time for brain development and self-concept. I believe if he continues to enjoy learning, his standards about what he has to offer the economy will stay high and he will be simultaneously fulfilling his own inherit purpose."
